Popular Limpopo rapper Katlego “Shebeshxt” Chauke recently had fans rolling with laughter after a TikTok Live mishap went viral on X. Known for his hit song “Our Father,” Shebeshxt found himself hilariously tongue-tied while trying to use the acronym ASAP (as soon as possible).
During the live stream, Shebeshxt attempted to send a WhatsApp voice note to his friend and fellow musician, Naqua SA. However, things took a comical turn when he struggled to pronounce “ASAP” correctly. In the clip, he tried various versions, saying, “Respond AS SSPC, SAPC, SAPS – How do you say it? … ASSAP, AP … ASAP, ASAP … Sharp, see you now mfwethu (brother) …”
After finally getting it right, Shebeshxt realized he hadn’t been recording the voice note the whole time, adding to the hilarity. The video, initially shared during his TikTok Live session, quickly spread to X, where it has been watched by thousands of amused fans.

One user, @Thami_Nanana, joked, “The person listening 👂 to the voice must be dead😭😭😂😂😂😅 in laughter.” Another, @maphedile, wrote, “The realization killed me 🤣🤣🤣. He was pissed.” Comments continued to pour in, with @C_that adding, “He was about to SPCA this one. 😂🤣😂” and @bhambo_lunye3 asking, “Guys, how do I save videos on Twitter?🤣🤣🤣🤣 I played it like 6 times already and it’s still funny🤣.”
Beyond the laughs, Shebeshxt has also been raking in some impressive gifts through TikTok Live. In a recent session, he received one of the platform’s most coveted gifts, a virtual lion, valued at 20,999 TikTok coins, or about R7,000.
As Shebeshxt’s blunders and moments continue to capture fans’ attention, his growing presence on social media is proof that sometimes, a good laugh is just as valuable as a catchy tune.
